To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

It may be due to an incompatibility between your wireless hardware and the printer. This printer supports older generation 5Ghz and may not play nice with current 5Ghz. As such, you should check your router and either bind this printer to the 2.4Ghz channel or create a unique SSID for the 2.4Ghz channel and only allow the printer to connect to the 2.4Ghz channel.
