Hi @Konitsa71 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing a Connectivity issue wifi change with your HP DeskJet 2710e All-In-One Printer.

To reconnect your HP DeskJet 2710e All-In-One Printer to your new Wi-Fi network, you'll need to update the Wi-Fi settings on the printer.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you do this:

  • Prepare the Printer: Make sure your printer is turned on and ready. Ensure that there's paper loaded in the input tray.
  • Access the Printer's Control Panel: Locate the control panel on your printer. It might be a touchscreen or a set of buttons.
  • Access the Wireless Settings: Navigate to the wireless settings or setup menu on your printer's control panel. This option is usually found in the settings menu or by pressing the Wi-Fi icon.
  • Select Wi-Fi Setup or Wireless Setup: Choose the option that allows you to set up a new wireless connection.
  • Choose your Wi-Fi Network: Your printer should now scan for available Wi-Fi networks. Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
  • Enter the New Wi-Fi Password: Once you've selected your network, the printer will prompt you to enter the new Wi-Fi password. Use the keypad or touchscreen to input the password.
  • Connect to the Network: After entering the password, your printer will attempt to connect to the new Wi-Fi network. This process may take a minute or two.
  • Confirmation: Once connected successfully, your printer should display a confirmation message or symbol indicating that it is now connected to the Wi-Fi network.
  • Test the Connection: Print a test page or try printing a document from your computer or mobile device to ensure that the printer is connected and functioning properly.
