HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

Printer has an alert that is not connected to internet, but it is connected. Also shows a message that I wont be able to print soon. HP Smart account is not showing that I have been printing and number of copies so the plan that I am subscribed (monthly ink summary) is not updated.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer shows an alert that it's not connected to the internet despite being connected, and you're facing issues with your HP Smart account not updating the print activity, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Check Internet Connection

Verify Network Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the correct wireless network. Sometimes printers connect to different networks mistakenly.
  • Restart your router and printer to refresh network settings.

Perform a Connection Test:

  • Use the printer's control panel to perform an internet connection test to confirm it's correctly connected.

Resolve HP Smart Account Issues

Sign into HP Smart:

Check Printer Enrollment:

  • Ensure your printer is properly enrolled and linked to your HP Smart account. Follow prompts to re-enroll if necessary.

Synchronize Your Account:

  • Sometimes, refreshing the browser or accessing your account from a different browser like Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge can resolve loading and synchronization issues.
