HP ENVY 6022e All-in-One Printer

Every time I try to print something from my laptop to my HP Envy 6000e it asks me to sign in to my HP account first.

Then it usually will not print the document.

Sometimes the document appears in the printer queue. Other times it flashes a message bottom right of my screen to say that it is printing, but the print queue is empty and nothing comes out.

Occasionally and randomly the document will print.

My partner uses another laptop upstairs and frequently has the same issue. Documents appear to be sending but they don't print and/or don't appear in the print queue.

Also, sometimes the printer chooses 'Private Pickup' when that option is deselected. I have Print Everywhere selected.

When I try to add/remove Printer, my laptop frequently cannot find the HP Envy even though it's the only printer we have.

I would have returned this printer to the shop ages ok only for I bought the online Ink already.
