Control panel locked

I have an OfficeJet Pro 9010 printer. The control panel on the printer is locked. I used the embedded Web server to unlock everything, but it is still locked on the printer, even after a recycle. 

When I try to log in, it rejects my user name and password. I have two log-ins.

1. My HP account, which is email and pw

2. User name from HP Smart app and pw from "smart security" section of the app

Which am I supposed to use to unlock the control panel on the printer?
