Attempt to update printer via maintenance and Printer could not connect to the server. DNS/GATEWAY PROBLEM.
Printer indicates it's connected to my wifi. Computer is connected to the same wifi. Printer is FOUND in my printer and scanner section of computer.
Please help. I'm close to choosing a new printer and it won't be an HP if this isn't resolved quickly. I've never had problems with printers until I used that HP smart software.
