I keep getting a Printer notification error state, when I try to print what does that mean?

I understand that you are experiencing a Printer Notification Error on your HP printer. To help resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

 

  • Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer and a direct wall outlet, then turn the printer on.
  • Make sure there are no paper jams and that the ink or toner cartridges are installed correctly.
  • Verify that the printer is properly connected to your computer or Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart your computer or mobile device and try printing again.

 

If the error persists, open the HP App and check for any specific error messages or available printer updates.

If the issue continues, please share the exact error message displayed on the printer screen and the printer model number so that we can provide more specific troubleshooting steps.
