Desk jet won’t connect without MAC address

Hi there 

I recently bought a printer to use at uni but because I live in student accommodation I need a MAC address to connect my printer to the WiFi however I cannot find it anywhere. 

I’ve read every manual, the entire box I’ve looked on here and tried the solution on holding the WiFi and info buttons at the same time but all that does is print of a wps pin which is no use.

Hi,

Ensure the wireless light blinks, else, press the wireless button to turn on the wireless radio.

Print a Network Configuration Report by pressing and immediately releasing both the wireless and information buttons at the same time, the printed Network Configuration Page included the Mac Address information.
