Hi all,

 

I have a problem with my new printer and I want to reset to the faactory defaults. But I could not find something how it works. Can somebody help me and send me the instruction for factory reset?

 

I have also the problem, that I could not enter the web interface because the password is wrong, but I don't know why.

I found the Solution:

 

For everybody who wants to know:

Plug off the power cable on both sites, wait about 5 minutes, press the Power Button about 30sec., plugin the power cable and wait until the printer is ready, then reset the wifi (press power and Wifi-Button 3 sec.) - then I was able to conect via HP Smart the printer.
