Product: HP DeskJet 2722 All-In-One Printer

Hi,

 

I have had a Deskjet 2722 All-in-one for over 1 year. I have just change my broadband provider which comes with new router and wifi network.

 

I have been trying to connect the printer to the new network (both via the Mobile App and via my laptop) but it seems there is no way to do that. The process always stops at the step "Getting the IP address" and then it errors out. I hid the original printer setup and I am trying to add a new printer. It takes some time for the printer to be found, but even when it does, it does not let me finish the set up.

 

Is there anything else I can try? Or is it time to get rid of the printer?
