After upgrading a router I have not been able to reconnect my printer. The printer Deskjet 3050a J611 series, says it is connected and connection is strong in the info window. However, when I tried to follow the HP Easy Start directions to connect to my laptop and it says to press the cancel and info button to get a ‘code’, the message on my printer says unable to connect with internet? Therefore it won’t print the email or info sheet with the magic ‘code’. How can it say it’s connected one place, and not the other? Frustrating !

I am trying to connect to a Windows7 laptop. Although I have also tried connecting to a Chromebook and seem to be having the same issue. Neither can find the printer. However I have now been able to print from my iPad which I couldn’t previously. I’m stumped!
