Hi @NicJay,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 3520 shows it's connected to your new internet provider but won’t print from your iOS device, it’s likely a network or AirPrint issue. Let’s walk through few steps to get you printing again.
Step-by-Step: Reconnect HP DeskJet 3520 to Wi-Fi and Fix iOS Printing
1. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode
If you changed your router or ISP, the printer may still be trying to connect to the old network.
- Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the light starts blinking.
- This resets the Wi-Fi and puts the printer into setup mode.

2. Use HP Smart App on iOS
- Download the HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site.
- Open the app and tap “+” to add a printer.
- Select your DeskJet 3520 and follow the prompts to connect it to your new Wi-Fi.

3. Check AirPrint Compatibility
Your printer supports Apple AirPrint, but it requires:
- A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5 GHz).
- The printer and the iPhone/iPad to be on the same network.
If AirPrint still doesn’t work:
- Restart your printer, router, and iOS device.
- Try printing from Safari or Notes to test AirPrint.

💡 Extra Tips
- If the printer shows “offline,” try removing it from the HP Smart app and re-adding it.
Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your iPhone during setup.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
