hi, I got a new router and I've tried to do the procedure indicated by support to connect my printer, but HP Smart app doesn't see the printer and DJ 3750 is not among those 'not listed' so I'm blocked. what can I do? thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the new router, I am glad to assist you.

 

This printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz, make sure you set the router band to 2.4GHz.

Restore network settings to default settings

  • Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
