Deskjet 3760 - Web services amber light flashing - Cannot print

A few days ago I went to print as usual and got a 'printer offline' error. I  noticed the web services button was flashing amber. I do not connect wirelessly to my printer. It is connected to my mac via USB cable. I've gone through all the troubleshooting methods and I am having no luck in getting my deskjet 3760 to print. 

One suggestion is there is a print job stuck in the queue - but I can't seem to locate or resolve this, especially as I am not connected wirelessly. I've tried to do this, but it doesn't seem available on the wifi settings in my apartment building.

I understand you are facing a blinking light issue with your HP Deskjet 3760. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Let's perform a power drain: 

• With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
• Remove USB cable, if present.
• Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
• Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
• Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle

Update the printer firmware
