Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4535 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

Hi, my Deskjet 4530 has suddenly stopped working. HP Smart says to connect to the internet, but the printer and the Network Configuration Page show that the printer is connected. I’ve re- installed the router settings but nothing. The print app shows it hunting for a printer, but then says that there isn’t one. In my Wi-Fi settings on the iPad, it shows the printer as connected. Anyone any ideas please?

What error message are you getting while printing?

Did you try to print from different application and check if that prints fine?
