Product: Deskjet plus 4130

We have just tried setting up our printer using iOS and HP smart app. However when prompted the search of network, message would appear to say that no network is available, which subsequently would not allow to connect iphone to printer and print any docs.

I am not very good with these things and just feel like stuck in limbo. 😞

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
