Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer

Windows 10/64 bit OS/32 Gig ram/ Everything runs fine except...

 

Software is unable to see or make internet connection.  I can print remotely; laptop, iphone, ipad. Printer fails when checking registration status with a "printer could not connect to the internet", although wireless summary shows network an ip address. Software installs fully and then terminates with an unable to get internet connection.  The scan funtion from the software works fine.  Scan Doctor says all aspects are fine, but print test page gets zero results. I believe the problem is between the software and the internet, but I am unable to find the specific problem. I have deleted the software and reinstalled...no change.

I have removed any possible reference to HP from my computer and reinstalled...no change.

 

I could really use some help.
