I had to change my internet server in my office, and gave it a new name. When I went into the OfficeJet screen to update it, it would not let me, "this feature has been locked by administrator" (that's me) and I don't recall ever saying "Lock this."
When I print the printer's network configuration, the IP address says "Not applicable"
Even resetting back to the default is "locked by administrator". My printer will no longer work in my office.
How to unlock device administrator.

@myfortin, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
