Disable admininistrator

By mistake i disable web print in printer hp deskjet 6812 i was using a mac but it doesnt work anymore,also i change the internet services i have reset the printer many times but the printer keeps telling me that web services fax and scanning are disable and to contact administrator what can i do?

Are you using an HP Officejet 6812 e-All-in-One Printer?

I could not find a Deskjet 6812 printer. Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Refer to this document to know how to enable Web-services.

If you are using an Officejet 6812 and you get an 'contact admin' error, I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
