HP LaserJet Pro M201dw

Is there a compatibility issue with WPA2 and HP LaserJet Pro M201dw ?

The menus mention only WPA.

The connection with a recent router (WPA2 personal) is not possible; Altouhgh I tried all configuration recommandation: WPS, WPS PIN, Configuration with menu or with DIRECT wifi...

Has someone already found this issue ?

Is the new router 2.4 GHz band, 5GHz band or both?

Thanks for trying to find a solution.

I tried all bands, 2.4GHz 5GHz and 6GHz. Together, each one alone....

The issue is not in the wifi connection, but on the password transmission or protocol behavior.

And the password is simple, no special character.

For testing purposes can you create a wi-fi with no password to see will it connect?

Thank you Valsimot,

On my router, It is not possible to have a WPA2 protocole with no password.

On my phone as wifi access point, the printer connects.

The printer also works perfectly with direct wifi link.
