Greetings,
Hp Envy 4500 All in One printer with single cartridge.
Is there a solution to this problem described in object, in windows 10 I had solved it but now it is no longer possible!
I specify that using HP Smart, after selecting the document to print nothing happens and the missing cartridge notification comes out.
Instead, printing from Windows 7, Windows 10, or from a smartphone, prints without problems ...
Thanks for any help.
