EMAIL ADDRESS HOW TO CHANGE IF OLD EMAIL IS UNKNOWN

HP OFFICEJET PRO 8600 N911a

Updated program on new computer. Old email address for remote printing  does not work, unable to create new email address or up date old email address. Print screen for printer information with email address does not print.

Second request. First request VERY DETAILED. Please view if more information would be helpful.

You should be able to create new email address if still available, you can't use old email address. System uses normal email address rules, 2 persons CAN'T have same email address. 

 

I believe you can reuse your old email for your new printer after 6 months and after you deactivate the old printer. Please read more information from the following document. The main point is on section

 

               Why am I unable to reuse my previous HP ePrint email address?
