ENVY 6458e cannot print internet files

HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer Product 223R3A, changed internet provider, reset printer to new network, HP Smart says printer is on line and ready, WiFi light on printer is solid blue, will print files  from computer file  base and a remote second Windows laptop has no issues with printing from either source. The desktop computer use to set up the printer connection will not print a file from the internet file Message say "printer is not connected to internet" , reconnect printer to internet and try again later. What reset is required in the desktop computer to allow printing from internet based files?

As internet based printing is working from the second computer, the problem is on the computer end. I recommend removing the printer and re-adding it:

✅ Remove Printer in Windows

1. Press Windows key + I to open Settings

2. Go to Bluetooth & devices

3. Click Printers & scanners

4. Select your printer

5. Click Remove → Yes

(If there are duplicates, remove all of them.)

🔄 Add Printer Again

1. Stay in Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners

2. Click Add device

3. Wait for Windows to detect your printer

4. Select your printer name to install it

Use the Easy start setup software to download the drivers again.
