Hi,

Printer gave the above mentioned error Code. Solution according to this forum is to factory reset the printer. Did That. Now printer says "Will not print anything till InstantInk is setup again". So i try to replace the printer in InstantInk Homepage. The procedure tells me to Print a Page containing a code, in order to be able to register the "new device". I cant print a page using the Printer, because it says " Will not print anything till InstantInk is setup again" ...

??

For me it's not as funny as it might be for some unaffected user .. What shall I do now?

To add something to the "not funny for me"-part:

HP Homepage advises in this case: Enable webservices on the printer panel. "The Registration code is the part left of the "@" in the email adress." I changed this email adress to be something i can remember better. The changed part is alphanumeric only, so I cant enter it in the InstantInk form.

Next advise from HP help homepage is to unregister webservices and reenable it. I did that. After reenabling the Web Services through the printer panel i get _the same email adress_ i had before. The email adress consists of only alphanumeric values (as mentioned above) and can't be entered in the InstantInk form.

... ??
