I'm unable to sign in to the EWS, keeps rejecting user name & password. I had an open case, but HP closed it without contacting me. Is there any way at all to reset the EWS password? I've been trying to get someone to help me since February, I've never even had the chance to use the fax. Without the password, I can't set it up.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you want to reset the EWS page, follow these steps:-
Restore Network Defaults to factory settings:
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Network Setup.
3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.
4. Touch Yes.
5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.
Login to the EWS page with the default credentials and change the password.
Username: admin
Password: "leave it blank"
Let me know how it goes.
