We used to print by sending an email to our printer (the address we created ourselves for this printer). All of a sudden it doesn't print anymore when we do that. I will receive an email saying an ePrint-job has been received, but then nothing happens. I can still print from the document itself, using print and selecting the printer, so it is connected to the network.

Sometimes the ePrint server would not be working. Try again after sometime.

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
