I accidentally remove the Certificate used for entering EWS for my newly bought printer. Currently, I can't set or change any setting because all the settings required Secure Connection and every times I tried to make setting on that area the browser can't connected and show ERR_Connnection_Reset. Without this certificate to launch https:// type of EWS, this problem still persists. I try to reinstall the printer and browser, nothing is solved. Please advise the solution to get the certificate back

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Thank you very much for your kind responses. I have decided to contact HP Support Onsite Service to come and fix my printer. It turned out to be the main board issue so the new one has been installed and EWS has returned to normal
