Common problems for Connectivity Issues

HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553dn

Our printer was hit by lightning and the network port stopped working.  I replaced the formatter board and updated to the latest firmware, but there doesn't seem to be an Embedded Web Server anymore.  When I try and access the printer through the network I get a refused to connect.

I printed the configuration page and it say HP Web Services disabled and ePrint disabled.  The printer should have this capability (I had it before I replaced the board).

There is no option for web services or ePrint (or none that I can find) in the menus on the printer.  Is there something else I need to do to get this to work?

Do you have an active LEDs on the printer's network port?

Did the network assign an IP address to the printer within its range?
