This seems to be a widespread problem. Post after post is about printers no longer accessing wifi networks. Ours (office jet pro 9015) printed fine on Monday, and we woke up on Tuesday to a printer that hates us. It's not acknowledging that wifi even exists. We have been able to connect to the computer via a cable directly to the printer, but even then the printer thinks it's NOT connected. There is no option anywhere in the menu on the printer to TURN ON the WiFi, the wifi light on the front of the printer is off. I've tried basically everything suggested on this board - I've powered down and come back up. I've unplugged the printer and router, I've done a ton of things, and nothing helps. All of the online help gives the same instruction on how to run the wireless setup wizard, but my printer NO LONGER has that option.

Help!! Is there an update that messed everyone up? Will there be an update that can fix it?

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.

  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
