I recently changed ISP and attempted to connect my printer to the new network. It finds the SSID in 2.4g, but will not connect when I insert the Passcode. I know the code is correct because I have re-established the network on all our other devices. i have even tried WPS after my ISP support set the modem to accept WPS connections. ISP assures me that the modem does not have any filtering to prevent the connection.

 

I removed HP Smart from our two PC's and deleted the printer from Control Panel. Reinstalled, and attempted again. I cannot get it to connect regardless of what I do. I have reset the printer to factory defaults, and have Restored the Network, but nothing works. After 2 days I have now resorted to using a USB connection.

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions to get my printer back on the network.

Could it need repair?
