Common problems for Connectivity Issues

HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer

My printer was all good and connected to internet  until recently there was an error message. It asks me

to set up a language then a country and then it asks to connect via app- which I tried but it can’t find the printer as obviously is not connected to internet. None of the buttons on the screen seem to work only the arrow back button.

pleas help.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer display is not responding, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
