Product: Dell Inspiron
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy 5660 printer is offline  via my laptop again - it seems to happen every few months, and I've always been able to resolve the issue, although never knowing exactly how it was resolved?? The connectivity issue is with my Dell Inspiron laptop. I have no problem printing with my iPhone or iPad. I've tried the recommended fixes with no success this time . . .

Any help is appreciated.
