Good morning, I have an HP Envy 6020e and I can't connect to Wi-Fi after following the instructions. I put it in setup mode (pressing the Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds and the purple light came on correctly), but I can't find it on HP Smart Network. Is it correct for the copy and exclamation point lights to be on and the Wi-Fi LED to be off? I've tried both on my PC and my smartphone, and I've tried a factory reset. I'm waiting for your feedback. Thanks, Paolo
