my envy 6022 is connected to my wireless network but is not connected to the internet and so cannot connect to HP instant ink.

@Hymek, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

To assist you better, where do you see this error? Check if other devices connected to this network have access to the internet.

 

Which device are you using to print from?

Have you already enrolled the printer in Instant Ink or trying to enroll?

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the computer.

 

Reinstall the HP Smart app.

Tried all these but no success. Had many conversations with HP support and every time they get me online only for it to show the same problem soon afterwards. I cannot see my account with HP Ink because I t will not connect to the printer but I can still print wirelessly from iPhone, iPad, HP desktop and HP laptop.
