Product: Envy 6200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Het display van mijn Envy 6200 printer reageert niet meer. Het lampje werkt ook niet meer. Ik kan wel printen. 
Normaal zet ik de printer uit via het scherm “uitschakelen”. Als ik nu op de uitknop druk krijg ik wel op het scherm te zien dat ik kan uitgeschakeld maar hij reageert niet wanneer ik erop druk.

Wat kan hier het probleem zijn. Bij het printen werk ik met de stilte modus.

Hoor graag iets van iemand.
