Shortly after purchase, continuously error message "ink cartridge empty", even immediately after installing new cartridges. Help desk instructions did not bring any improvement. Their final decision was: "Buy new cartridges" (!!!), even though new cartridges were just being installed. I have paid a lot of money for cartridges, while I have barely been able to print. Worthless device!

I'm sorry about what happened, in this case, as it was recently purchased, I recommend that you take the device to a retailer and ask for a possible exchange of the equipment.

Dear Fabio,

Due to circumstances, I was only able to start using the unit a few months after purchasing it. By the time I noticed that the problem was not improving, the warranty had expired.
