I am unable to print properly from any wireless device except the primary Windows 10 PC, which is also connected wirelessly. The HP Smart software is installed on all Windows 10 devices, and the Android devices have both HP Smart and (at the recommendation of an HP rep) Mopria Print. From Android, the lag is unreasonable - it can be hours before the phones reach the printer, regardless of network or data used, only to either time out or print about a centimeter of ... something... on a page and then call the job done. The laptops respond faster, but don't print the entire document, sometimes only printing a half of a page of a multipage document. Pictures are the same. I have no idea where to go from here. All drivers and software are up to date, the printer has been reset to factory settings and reconnected and still having the same issue, troubleshooting has been run through Windows 10 for the laptops..
