I recently set up my new printer, was able to print, etc.
Since then, I had to change my router for my home internet and obviously, the printer connection was lost.
However, I am now unable to connect using the HP Smart app from my MacBook.
I've tried adding as a new printer in the HP Smart app but it didn't pick up the printer to connect. The printer continues to show the pulsing purple light. I don't have a cable to connect the laptop and printer directly.
Can anyone please help me in this situation - I thought ideally, I'd like to reset the printer completely and set it up again if necessary.
