I have an HP Envy 7134, which has lost connection with our WiFi network following the replacement of my Apple Airport router with a 3-unit eero J010311 mesh, to which my desktop, my phone and someone else's iPad in the house are connecting fine. Would be grateful for advice on what to do.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Envy Printer Wi-Fi connection lost since changing routers.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer Control Panel simultaneously and hold them from about 5 seconds.
  • This should reset the printer to network default.
  • Use HP Printer and Scan Doctor. It is a diagnostic tool for Windows computer that can scan and fix any issues with the printer.
  • You can reconnect a previously installed printer to the Wi-Fi network if you purchased a new router, changed your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or changed your network name and password. Click on this link
