Hi @KMH683

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Envy 7155 printer is connected to your HP Smart app, but it isn't showing up on your HP account. This could happen due to a few reasons, such as the printer not being registered to your HP account or issues with syncing between the app and the account. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:

1. Check if the Printer is Registered to Your HP Account

Ensure that your printer is properly registered to your HP account. If you have already registered it in the HP Smart app but it’s not showing up in your account, you might need to manually register it through the HP website.

To Register the Printer:

  • Visit the HP Smart website: https://www.hp.com.
  • Sign in to your HP account.
  • Go to HP SmartManage My Devices or Add Printer.
  • Follow the prompts to register the HP Envy 7155.
  • If the printer is already connected to the app, make sure you're using the same HP account on both the app and the HP website.

2. Sync Your HP Smart App with HP Account

Sometimes, it might take a little while for the printer to sync properly between the HP Smart app and the HP account. Try the following steps to force a sync:

  • Open the HP Smart app on both your mobile device and desktop.
  • Ensure that both devices are logged in with the same HP account (the same account used for the HP Smart app).
  • Try removing the printer from the HP Smart app and then re-adding it to see if it shows up under your account.
    • In the app, go to Printer Settings or the device menu and look for an option to remove the printer.
    • Then, re-add the printer by going to Add Printer in the HP Smart app.

3. Update the HP Smart App

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the HP Smart app. Sometimes, outdated apps can cause syncing issues:

  • On mobile: Go to the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and check for updates to the HP Smart app.
  • On desktop: If you’re using the Windows version of the app, check for updates via the Microsoft Store.

I hope this helps.
