Having difficulty connecting this HP printer to the HP computer. It should be easy, same manufacturer products. Have updated printer drivers and tried to connect using the printer PIN and the WIFI PIN still connection failed. I've tried several times for 3 days but the issue still occurring. Does anyone know why the problem persist. I have a Brother MFC J5730DW printer connected to an old computer, had no issues whatsoever. It's the difficulty diagnosing and fixing the HP printer issues that is frustrating.
