@davsmith0, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

To assist you better, what do you mean by web printing?

  • Do you get any errors?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Are you able to print emails or web pages via the internet?

If you are not able to connect the printer to web services, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
