I bought your printer few days ago and am actually thinking to bring it back to the shop to get the refund as the printer does not connect to the internet and your instructions are null.
I tried to contact the help online but the serial number of the printer is not recognized by your system.
Can you please give me some help?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
- Are you getting any error message while connecting to network?
- Are you trying to connect to home network or Wi-Fi direct?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for at least three seconds to restore the network settings to default settings. This will also put the printer back into the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode.

Hope this helps!
