I have 3 printers and all 3 not working. I am trying to email documents and it is not printing on any of them. My internet connection is fine. I tried everything. I need help. Please!

Please do name all your three Printers here. Are you referring to ePrint? Do you get any error messages?

 

To which devices are these Printer connected to?

Hi Betty, I am using Ipads. I have the Officejet 4650, Officejet 3830, & Envy 5660. All 3 printers have their own email address. I had tried deleting my question but was unable to. I was just trying to send documents to the email address of the printer because Airprint was not working(that has been an ongoing problem for years).

When Airprint does not work I email to the printer as an alternative. I do not know what the issue was, but it started working again. I thought maybe it was an all around HP issue. Anyway, thanks for wanting to help. Hopefully, it will continue to work properly.
