Returned to trying to set up Eprint email address on my Envy Photo 6230( it has never worked) but after trying a wide variety of names, with between 8 and20 characters, every time it says they already exist

Ensure Web Services are Enabled:

• Before setting up ePrint, make sure Web Services are enabled on your printer.
• On your printer’s control panel, press the ePrint button and follow the on-screen instructions to enable Web Services. 

Check Your Network Connection:

• Ensure the printer is connected to a stable internet connection. You can print a network configuration page to verify the connectivity status.

Access HP Connected:

• Access the HP Connected website and sign in to your account or create a new one if you don't have one already.

Customize Your ePrint Email Address:

• Once logged into HP Connected, go to the Services tab and locate the section for ePrint.
• You will find options to customize the printer’s email address. If the desired email address is unavailable, try adding unique characters or numbers to make it more distinct.

Using a Different Custom Name:

• If your original choices are taken, try combining unique elements such as your name with random alphanumeric characters.
• Examples: If JohnDoe is taken, you can try J0hnD03, DoeJohn12345, or JDPhoto6.

Print Info Page:

• From the control panel, print the ePrint information page which includes the printer code and can guide you through the customization of the email address.
