Hi @3535home,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP InkJet 2633 showing error code 2545 while connecting to Wi-Fi. Let’s go through a few checks.

Restart the Printer and Router

  1. Turn off the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.

  3. Restart the Wi-Fi router and wait until the internet light becomes stable.

  4. Reconnect the printer power cord and turn the printer on.

  5. Try reconnecting the printer to Wi-Fi.

Restore Wireless Setup Mode

  1. Turn the printer on.

  2. Press and hold the Cancel (X) button and the Wireless button together.

  3. Hold the buttons for 5 seconds.

  4. Release the buttons when the blue wireless light starts blinking.

  5. The printer is now ready for a new wireless setup.

Reconnect the Printer Using the HP App

  1. Ensure your computer or phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer to use.

  2. Open the HP app.

  3. Select Add printer or Set up a new printer.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to the network.

  5. Complete the setup when the printer appears in the device list.

Check Network Compatibility

  1. Confirm the Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz, as this printer may not support 5 GHz only networks.

  2. Ensure the printer is placed within range of the router.

  3. Avoid connecting through guest networks or enterprise networks.

  4. Temporarily disable VPN connections on the computer or phone during setup.

  5. Try the wireless setup again.

I hope this helps.
