I continue receiving a message from my printer stating that it is not connected to the Internet and that I must reconnect the printer to the Internet so that the printer can automatically order replacement cartridges. This is wrong.  My printer is connected to the Internet, and I am able to dismiss this message to allow me to print from the HP Smart App on my computer, which would not be possible if the printer were not connected to the internet. I cancelled my Ink subscription to see if that would resolve the issue but it persists. 

 

I have to dismiss this message after sending items to print in order for the job to start and be completed.
