When I try to scan a document with my printer the HP Smart asked me to login.

At the moment to enter my credentials the error Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0100 appeared and doesn´t allow me to access the scan service. 

 

I alreaedy uninstall the HP Smart and reinstalled again and I have the same issue. Also I already uninstall the printer driver and the same issue is happening. 

 

I need to scan these documents and I can´t access the tool. 

 

Please assist.

Hello, 

 

The instructions didn´t help. 

 

The issue is when I tried to access the option to Scan in the HP Smart. 

 

At the moment to access the option the system ask for sign in with my HP account. I entered my credentials and after that the error (Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0100) appear and doesn´t allow me to access the Scan option.

 

The error is not the printer is the access to my account, however, as you can see the account works because I can access my account in the website without any inconvenient. 

 

I need to enable the Scan option and use my printer as expected, so please provide the accurate steps to fix my problem.

I had the same problem. 

 

During HP printer software installation, I remember it getting bugged and I signed up using my email and I also remembering signing up using a username. I ended up having 2 accounts registered to one email. I found the 2nd account (username) and logged into it and removed my email from it. It fixed this weird error. 

 

If there's any tech support present, I suggest helping the user find if their email has redundant accounts.
