I can no longer print photos and graphics but can print text. When I try to print graphics or photos, the printer que appears to be connected but the bar is moving back and forth like its looking for the job. It then gives the message "unable to add document to print job" . I have deleted and added the printer multiple times, reset the printer and network connection. My printer is a HP Officejet 9015 and my computer is a 2021 MacBook Air.

@kekjmk, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print photos and graphics from your Mac. Let us try these steps:
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on Mac
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
Use the Airprint option to print.
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
Note: Select "Bonjour multifunction" under kind while installing.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Have you tried printing from any other device? Like a mobile device or a different computer and check if the issue persists?
Make sure the printer firmware and macOS are up to date.
Try making a standalone copy of a photo on regular paper and check if that prints. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Let me know how it goes.

I can print photos and graphics from my older MacBook, iPhone, iPad and my husbands PC. I've checked the firmware it there are no updates for my printer. I deleted and added my printer multiple times and totally reset the print back to factory and set up the printer again. Still I cannot print photos and graphics

If you are able to print from other devices, it means the printer is working fine. This could be an issue with the macOS Big Sur. Have you tried contacting Apple Support for assistance?
I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region for further assistance.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
