Product: HP Officejet 7500a Wide Format
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Used this printer for a while and recently moved into a new place.  Once reset up the printer, it did not print at all - removed existing driver and tried to install a fresh copy.  While installing the driver, the following message appears:

 

System Extension Cannot be Used

 

The system extension "/Library/Extensions/hp_fax_io.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used.  Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update.

Hi,

Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software.

Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:

I followed above instruction.  

 

When I print a document it displays the following error:

 

"Stopped - 'Filter' failed, 1 page.
